Returns & Exchanges

At Smash It Sports, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your game, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on most unused, new-in-wrapper items. Please note that customized products and used bats are generally ineligible for return unless a manufacturer defect is present.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our Returns Center with your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective wrappers are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to the designated carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
